Entrance: Park and enter at the Beauty Lounge Sign. We are located inside of the beauty lounge (first door on your left after entering the main building exterior door).
Arrival: Please wait in the lobby and help yourself to our complimentary refreshments, seating, and entertainment. We ask kindly that you please do not knock on any suite doors so as not to disturb any services that may be in progress.
Policy: Tendrils & Twigs strives to offer the safest and best experience to every client that receives services. In order for us to best serve you, please review the Salon Policy:​​​​

All appointments Must be booked online. No exceptions.

We care about you and all of our guests. Please stay home if you are not feeling well. If you arrive to your appointment showing any signs or symptoms of a contagious illness, you will be rescheduled.

We strive to accommodate our guests at their scheduled appointment times however, all appointment times are an estimate, and some appointments may go over their scheduled times. In the event that this happens, we will do our best to notify you.

Guests not receiving services are not allowed in the salon building. This includes children.

Shampoo services are required prior to any service and will be performed in the salon. If you have a prescription medicated shampoo or conditioner you may bring it to your appointment. Any abnormal scabs, scalp conditions, or dandruff will require being seen by a dermatologist prior to services being provided. Please be sure your hair is detangled unless you have a detangling service booked.

Prices and Special Promotions are subject to change at any time. Please be aware that your specific service price may change due to extra length, volume, or additional amount of products used.

A minimum $50 Non-refundable Deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations may be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You may then choose a time to reschedule within 7 business days. For same day cancellations or to reschedule beyond 7 business days, you forfeit your deposit and must book again.

Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late arriving to your appointment, it will be cancelled and you must book online again. Exceptions may be made in some cases that include an advance notice. If we are late, and there was no notice provided, you may be entitled to a discount or option to reschedule.

We do Not replicate styles from other stylists. You are more than welcome to show us styles from other stylists as a reference and inspiration but unfortunately we cannot duplicate other styles. Each stylist has their own unique way of doing things as do we.​​

No refunds. We value our time just as much as we value yours. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please feel free to contact us and we will discuss a solution.
