In the past, we've faced challenges with appointments running over and patient clients waiting far too long—something we are working hard to fix. Your satisfaction and time are our top priorities, and these updates will help us work together to achieve your hair goals.

Step 1: Schedule a Free Consultation

Everyone, new or returning, will start with a free consultation. This will ensure we’re both on the same page about your hair care needs and goals before your service appointment.

Step 2: Virtual Consultations

During your scheduled consultation:

We’ll discuss your current and future hair goals.
We’ll help you book your service appointment directly.
We’ll guide you through using the new system so you can easily schedule future appointments.

Step 3: Booking Made Easy

Once we’ve had our consultation and your services are established:

You can easily schedule future appointments for the same type of service directly through the system.
If you’d like a new service or have questions, simply call, text, or book another consultation.

This system ensures every appointment is tailored to your unique needs. It helps us better prepare and allocate the right amount of time for your service, creating the best experience possible!
